The Experience

Guillem Roig works through two main formats in Mallorca. The first is private chef service for villas, yachts, celebrations, and hosted meals where the menu is tailored around the table and the occasion.

Guillem Roig

Michelin-trained. Mallorca-born.

Coming from a family of cooks, Guillem took his first steps in his mother's restaurant in Algaida. He went on to study at Hofmann Barcelona, one of Spain's most prestigious culinary schools.

He honed his craft at Atempo by Jordi Cruz and Dins by Santi Taura — both Michelin-starred restaurants — before returning to Mallorca to offer private dining experiences that combine precision, creativity, and deep respect for local ingredients.
