Guillem Roig
Michelin-trained. Mallorca-born.
Coming from a family of cooks, Guillem took his first steps in his mother's restaurant in Algaida. He went on to study at Hofmann Barcelona.
He honed his craft at Atempo by Jordi Cruz and Dins by Santi Taura — both Michelin-starred — before returning to Mallorca for private dining.
